FAITH PRE-ORDER POLICY

Please read this policy carefully before placing a pre-order.

Some Faith products are available through pre-order. Pre-order items are produced and prepared after your order is placed, meaning they require additional time before they can be shipped.

DELIVERY TIME

Pre-order items typically take 3–4 weeks to be shipped and delivered.

The 3–4 week timeframe is an estimated timeframe and is not a guaranteed delivery date. While we always aim to deliver within this timeframe, unexpected production, fulfilment or courier delays may occasionally occur.

BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the estimated 3–4 week delivery timeframe.

Please only place a pre-order if you are comfortable waiting for your item to arrive.

ORDER UPDATES

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping information where available.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Cancellations may not be possible once your order has entered production or fulfilment.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law.

MIXED ORDERS

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped once all items are ready.

UNEXPECTED DELAYS

In rare circumstances, delays may occur due to production issues, supply problems, courier delays or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

If your order is significantly delayed, we will do our best to provide an update.
